Role Details

Location: Navi Mumbai

Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (Monday to Friday - Work from Office)

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to support SDR Operations, CRM management, reporting, lead/account alignment, and operational process improvement activities across global regions. The ideal candidate should have experience working with CRM systems, sales operations processes, reporting tools, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM data quality through duplication checks, standardization, and regular maintenance
  • Perform SDR data bulk updates, imports, exports, and operational data management activities
  • Support daily SDR operational processes, territory alignment exercises, and account allocation workflows
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and SDR regional teams for operational execution and issue resolution
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in CRM, Power BI, and Excel, as relevant
  • Generate operational reports and track SDR performance metrics, lead flow, and campaign activities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify operational gaps and process improvement opportunities
  • Manage sequences / campaign operations, tracking, and data enrichment initiatives
  • Support CRM data management, lead routing, account alignment, and data clean-up activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, IT, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in SDR Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, or related functions
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Good understanding of lead management, account management, and sales processes
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting
  • Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with reporting/dashboard creation and handling large datasets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of CRM automation, HubSpot workflows, and campaign/sequence tools
  • Exposure to global SDR or sales operations and marketing operations processes
