Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Associate SAP (Project Management)to lead and executeSAP S/4HANA implementations. The candidate should have astrong understanding of SAP project lifecycles, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:Develop and managedetailed SAP S/4HANA project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Stakeholder Management:Serve as theprimary contactfor internal teams, vendors, and business users, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:Work closely withcross-functional teamssuch asSAP consultants, developers, and analyststo meet project goals.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting:Track andanalyze project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
- Process Optimization:Identify and implementefficiency improvementswithin the SAP ecosystem, adhering to industrybest practices and compliance standards.
What We re Looking For
- SAP Project Management Expertise3-5 years of experience inSAP project implementation and SAP S/4HANA lifecycles.
- Project Management SkillsKnowledge ofAgile, Waterfall, and other methodologies; proficiency inMS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAbility tocollaborate with technical & non-technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving AbilitiesAbility toidentify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive results.
- Process Optimization & ComplianceExperience in identifyingenhancements within SAP environmentsand ensuring compliance withbest practices.
