Responsibilities:

We are looking for an SAP BASIS Senior Associate with at least 4 to 8 years of experience. The SAP Basis Senior Associate will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure of SAP systems. This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the SAP landscape, as well as the management of system performance and capacity. The candidate should be able to work independently and to extend needed technical support to the team.

• Strong understanding of the SAP business process

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, Installations, Upgrade, Refresh, and Administration

• Administered and maintained SAP Basis provided technical support and effective database/basis solutions to end-users and team members.

• Established procedures for implementing multiple network segments, isolating data traffic between SAP database and application servers.

• Developed and implemented Standard SAP Basis documentation procedures, streamlined monitoring procedures for SAP and Database instances.

• Performed multiple Homogeneous System Copy of SAP S/4HANA, BW, R/3, and ECC systems to establish training/break fix environments.

• Worked on and supported additional SAP Applications like Solution Manager, Portal and SAP BW and BODS.

• Good to have experience in HANA DB, Oracle, and DB2 Administration

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, including system failures and performance problems.

• Designing and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and maintenance procedures.

• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and services.

• Should have worked with middleware like SAP PI / PO and Administration

• Good knowledge on new technologies like SAP BTP, SAC, and cloud

• Experience in Solution Manager Installation, Upgrade, and Administration

• Excellent Communicational, Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
