Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Sales at Yanikawa, located in Gandhidham. The Senior Associate Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities with new prospects. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and competitive offerings to effectively position Yanikawa's products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of the automotive spare parts industry, specifically CV Filters, Tractor Filters, Electrical Components, and Brake Pads
  • Analytical skills to track sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused or business development role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the automotive market in India and an understanding of customer preferences is an advantage
