ROLE OVERVIEW
This role blends Customer Support and Inbound Sales helping customers resolve issues, answer questions and recommend the right solutions. You'll support users of the world's leading creative software platform while delivering great customer experiences and driving revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver great customer support with empathy, clear communication & quick resolution.
· Drive sales through the right products & solutions. Improve retention by identifying risks.
· Use customer insights to personalize support & outcomes.
· Guide customers on workflows, AI tools, licensing & subscriptions.
· Troubleshoot basic technical issues & support solution-led conversations.
· Manage leads, accounts & orders efficiently
QUALIFICATION
Eligibility: High school diploma (10+2) or equivalent experience I Advanced English proficiency
Experience: 1 - 3 years in sales or customer support, preferably in tech or SaaS. Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines is a plus.
