About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Partnership professional to lead business development and client acquisition efforts for ETMasterclass. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in lead generation, outreach, and business development. This is a strategic role that requires someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Proven success in outreach, lead generation, and closing new business deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate decision-making structures and stakeholder engagement.
