Job Description

Develop, maintain, and update salary ranges for all job families and levels within the organization.

  • Work with data from various sources (internal and external) to make recommendations for current talent compensation positioning, new hire salaries, etc.
  • Ensure that the HRIS and Compensation systems are updated with accurate compensation information, including salary ranges and equity grants
  • Participate in global compensation surveys and analyse resulting data to determine the company s overall competitive position as well as the competitive position for individual jobs.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary increases, bonus allocations, and equity adjustments. Ensure timely execution and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Produce and present comprehensive data reports and analytics to inform compensation decisions. Utilize data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation strategies and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Review equity grant administration through our portal to ensure accuracy. Support analytics requests on total compensation on a need basis.
  • Ensure ongoing effectiveness and competitiveness of our Rewards programs. Provide insights and recommendations for program enhancements based on market trends and organizational needs.
  • Review and approve offers to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to better communicate benefits to colleagues globally

What are we looking for

  • 2-4 Years of compensation experience in IT/ Product/ Tech space or experience with consulting firms across industries
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
  • Bias for execution, willing to get their hands dirty amidst lack of systems and processes.
  • Comfort to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous in data entry, reporting, and analysis to ensure accuracy in compensation data and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues in People team, and across departments.
