Responsibilities- As a key member of Consulting, you will work on collaborative teams to help deliver a range of projects for clients, including sustainability reporting and integrated annual reporting, ESG portfolio and supply chain risk assessment, and ESG strategy development. You will also have opportunities to contribute to projects focused on human rights, climate change and geopolitical issues.

• Develop robust data pipelines and architectures to manage ESG data ingestion, transformation, and storage, ensuring high-quality inputs for advanced sustainability analytics and compliance reporting.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for environmental and social datasets (e.g., energy consumption, climate risk indicators).
• Also, efficient in Data Pipelines, ARG Workflow.
• Implement data governance, security, and metadata management aligned with ESG regulatory standards (e.g., GRI, SASB).
• Collaborate with data scientists to optimize data delivery for AI/ML workflows supporting net-zero and social responsibility objectives.

Preferred skill sets:

• 48 years in data engineering (SQL, Spark, Hadoop, cloud platforms).
• Proficiency in Python/Scala for automation; experience with data warehousing and real-time data integration.
• Familiarity with ESG data requirements, carbon accounting, and best practices for sustainability-driven data pipelines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Learning and Adaptability: Exhibits curiosity and a readiness to learn new concepts and skills.
• Client Focus: Dedicated to a client-oriented approach.
• Innovation and Proposal Support: Assist in creating new service offerings and support the submission of proposals to prospective client.

Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years

Education Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in environmental science, Sustainability, or related fields.

Certifications in ESG analytics or sustainability reporting platforms.

Base Location- Kolkata/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai
