We are looking for an experienced Certinia (FinancialForce) & Salesforce Developer with 56 years of hands-on expertise in implementing and customising solutions across Certinia PSA/Accounting and the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities:
- Lead or support full-cycle Certinia PSA & ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Customize and configure Certinia modules including PSA, Accounting, Billing, Revenue Management, and Procurement.
- Develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with Certinia ERP for seamless data and process alignment.
- Create process flows, user stories, functional specs, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and secure approvals.
- Support testing efforts including test case creation, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
- Train end-users and deliver post-implementation support & enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Certinia PSA and Financial Management modules.
- 5+ years working with Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce).
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration & customization (declarative tools + coding in Apex & LWC).
- Minimum 2 full-cycle Certinia PSA implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
