As part of the Workday Data and Analytics team you will lead data conversion efforts, achieving a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and navigate complex data challenges while delivering quality results. What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 years of experience in Workday implementations with a focus on data conversion

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

- Workday certification in Data Conversion or related areas preferred

- Utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex concepts
