As a Senior Associate in Fulfillment & Archive Services team, you help define and execute the product roadmap while aligning delivery to stakeholder priorities and control requirements. You manage area backlogs, shape requirements, and partner with engineering and agility leads to deliver features and resolve production issues. You champion end-to-end journeys-using research, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities-to improve customer and associate outcomes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement & execution of the Fulfillment & Archive Services Product roadmap
  • Manage existing features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap
  • Facilitate and drive solutions across the organization working with legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to prioritize, deliver and align with senior management
  • Build relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase
  • Partner with senior product owners to progress the product roadmap act as voice of the customer and drive product vision in forums where senior product owners are not present

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years product management experience, or equivalent - including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits and developing roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge of AI and LLM Experience in Document Processing
  • Experience & comfort working within non-linear design & development processes
  • Experience in the design & development of service offerings that span multiple channels and form factors
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to inform decisions and drive work forward
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate in any field is mandatory (Preferably science)
  • Experience working in agile/scrum teams preferred
  • Masters in Business administration or any field in Science is preferred
  • Exposure to and experienced in technology and query platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data
  • Exposed to software development mindset and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc..)
