The ideal candidate will handle high-level strategy, drafting, negotiation, client advisory, and manage a IP portfolios of complex legal mandates.
Job Description
- Advise ontrade mark, copyright, designmatters.
- OverseeIP prosecution, filing strategies, and opposition proceedings.
- Draft and negotiateIP licensing, franchise, assignment, co-branding, andtechnology transferagreements.
- ManageIP enforcement, including takedowns, cease & desist notices, and coordination for civil/criminal actions.
- Adviseproduction houses, creators, talent, agencies, OTT platforms, and brandson contractual and regulatory issues.
Requirement:
- 58 yearsof experience, with primary focus onIPandMedia & Entertainmentmatters.
- Strong understanding ofcorporate laws, IP statutes, and media & entertainment regulations.
- Expert-level drafting and negotiation skills across commercial and creative agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
