Senior Associate- Power sector-Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team in the power sector. This role involves delivering expert guidance and innovative solutions to clients, focusing on optimizing power plant operations, navigating regulatory landscapes, enhancing financial management, and conducting in-depth market analyses.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving operational excellence for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).

• Postgraduate degree in Management or Engineering (preferred).

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of Strategic consulting experience in the power sector, with a proven track record of providing expert advice and solutions in areas such as Power Generation, RE & BESS, regulatory compliance and frameworks, financial management, and market analysis.

• Excellent presentation skills, coupled with excel in verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
