About the Role
We are seeking a People Success Partner to play a business-enabler role - crafting people strategies that unlock performance, scalability, and culture. This is not a traditional HRBP role. At Urban Company, you'll partner directly with business leaders to shape the people agenda, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-talent-density teams that drive business growth.
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Levels and Experience: 1-5 years of experience
Key Business Responsibilities
- Strategic People Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to co-create the annual operating plan, manpower strategy, and people priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Talent as a Growth Driver: Drive talent conversations, succession planning, and performance reviews to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Managerial Capability & Culture: Enable managers with toolkits and programs to build thriving teams, strengthen decision-making, and retain top talent.
- Employee Success & Retention: Design engagement levers and listening mechanisms (check-ins, surveys, feedback loops) to surface team pulse, improve alignment, and reduce attrition.
- Performance & Growth Enablement: Facilitate growth pathways, career progression frameworks, and performance conversations that directly impact business outcomes.
- Data-led Insights: Translate people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) into actionable strategies for improving organizational health.

- Strong ability to influence leaders and connect people strategy with business impact.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
