- We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Pega Developer to join our technology team in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, strong knowledge of Pega application development, and a valid Pega certification.
- You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing scalable Pega solutions while working closely with business analysts, architects and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure and implement enterprise-level applications using the Pega Platform.
- Develop and customize case management, workflows, business rules and user interfaces.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective Pega technical solutions.
- Work with Pega integrations, APIs and external systems.
- Follow Pega best practices, application design principles and guardrails.
- Perform application debugginead System Architects and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical design and provide guidance to junior developers where required.
Requirements
- 6+ years of overall Pega experience, with strong hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Solid experience in Pega Platform / Pega PRPC.
- Strong knowledge of Case Management, Workflow, Data Models, Business Rules and UI development.
- Experience with Pega integrations, REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of Pega debugging, performance tuning and security.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Pega certification is mandatory — preferably Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/PCSSA). Pega confirms that the Senior System Architect certification builds on the System Architect certification and validates advanced design, development, performance and security capabilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Criteria
Must Have:
- 6+ years of Pega development experience
- Valid Pega certification
- Strong hands-on Pega development background
- Immediate / very short notice period
- Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad or Bangalore
Preferred:
- PCSSA / CSSA certification
- Experience with Pega Infinity / recent Pega versions
- Enterprise-level Pega implementation experience
- Experience with integrations and complex workflow solutions
