Basic Information

Position Title – Senior Associate

Experience Level – 4-8 Years

Location – Gurgaon

Position reports to – Assistant Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in private equity with a solid understanding of the fund data flow lifecycle
  • Demonstrate strong capability in reconciliation of data on-system and off-system identifiers using internal records and external market data sources
  • Support the intake, review, and processing of LP documents (Capital Account Statements, PCAPs, and Call/Distribution Notices), ensuring accurate and timely workflow execution
  • Manage the end-to-end market data lifecycle, from ingestion and validation through delivery of investment-grade outputs
  • Monitor data pipelines and proactively identify risks affecting data quality, reliability, or client outcomes
  • Should promote data governance standards and quality assurance best practices across teams
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements and quarterly reports accurately
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance technology, optimize data workflows, and refine operating procedures
  • Coordinating with different teams to get right information on time and communicating on a constant basis with clients on the status of tasks
  • Understand the underlying data in these CITCO & CEPRES and how it feeds into the process flow

Key Competencies:

  • Post-graduate / CFA / CA / MBA / CCRA / CIIA / CAIA & equivalent.
  • 4 - 8 years of experience in relevant financial services experience incl. Management Reporting or Operational Finance, preferably with some research experience.
  • Knowledge of CEPRES, Citco is must, additional experience on E – front, ilevel, Power BI or Microsoft Access is an added advantage
  • Ability to work hands-on, delving into projects with a strong attention to detail and emphasis on producing a high-quality work product.
  • Experience working independently, proactively identifying or initiate ways to enhance a process, procedure or outcome that benefits the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize a large and varied workload, managing multiple tasks and details simultaneously.
  • Ability to show initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities as contributing team member either in a lead or in a backup role to ensure team success.
  • Should be solutions focused and can work in unstructured environments under minimum or no supervision. ▪ Willingness to acknowledge what is not understood and seek assistance.
  • Knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
