Job Description & Summary:

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing analytical solutions using Palantir Foundry, preferably leveraging PySpark and hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a strong focus on building scalable data transformation pipelines.
- Proven experience in team management, including mentoring and managing large teams (2030 members) for complex engineering programs. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in hiring, developing, and nurturing talent within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
- Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs on Palantir Foundry, conducted in a hands-on format (either in-person or virtual).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building, managing, and maintaining Ontologies within Palantir Foundry, including ownership of ontology design and governance.
- At least 3 years of experience with Foundry services:
-- Data Engineering with Contour and Fusion.
-- Dashboarding and report development using Quiver (or Reports).
-- Application development using Workshop.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Exposure to Map and Vertex within Palantir Foundry is a plus.
- Experience with Palantir AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in data engineering and building data pipelines (Code/No-Code) for ELT/ETL processes, including data migration, transformation, refinement, and data quality validation within Palantir Foundry.
- Hands-on experience managing the data lifecycle on at least one hyperscaler platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), leveraging managed services or containerized deployments for scalable data pipelines.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in designing and building Ontologies in Palantir Foundry, including the creation of semantic relationships and data models.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark, with proven ability to write, optimize, and tune SQL queries and Spark jobs. Experience with Apache Kafka and Apache Airflow is required.
- Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices on hyperscaler platforms and within Palantir Foundry. Experience with MLOps frameworks and deployment practices is a plus.
- Experience in designing and managing scalable data architectures and working with large-scale datasets.
- Open-source contributions or personal repositories (e.g., GitHub or Kaggle) demonstrating relevant technical expertise are preferred.
- Experience with graph data and graph analytics libraries (such as Spark GraphX, Python NetworkX, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Valid Palantir Foundry certification (Solution Architect or Data Engineer) at the time of interview is preferred.
- Experience in developing Generative AI (GenAI) applications is a plus.
Mandatory skill sets:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience of building and managing Ontologies on Palantir Foundry. At least 3 years of experience with Foundry services
