The Senior Associate of People and Community Technology (PCT) engages in the daily operations of technology platforms supporting the US firm's Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, including the configuration, administration, maintenance, and processing of human capital transactions. The PCT Senior Associate will also support increased effectiveness of our work with day-to-day processes and reporting of HR data to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Client focus
Collaborates with clients to:

- Proactively consult and assist clients on ways to improve business processes through technology enabled solutions, responding quickly and effectively to urgent situations, and extracting value from transactions.
- Provide technical guidance and support for the following HR processes: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, Interfaces and Reports.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Knowledge Base documentation and FAQs as needed.
- Partner with business leadership and Support Team Lead to prioritize support and adapt as needed to ensure success.
Technology focus
- Understand the cloud architecture and design for leading the overall technical development
- Provide technical design and development of all technical components.
- Provide validation of technical design.
- Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.)
- Participate in cross-training to ensure long term solution sustainment
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Function as a subject matter expert for assigned technologies by providing the expertise needed to assist clients in making strategic product decisions considering the intersections of business, technology, and user experience.
- Responsible for accuracy of data, content, application and data security for assigned technologies
- Facilitates business and technical requirements to connect business needs with technology enabled solutions
- Assists with ensuring system updates, maintenance, and implementations as managed by IT continue to support business operations
- Act as the business liaison between P&C stakeholders and IT to communicate potential areas of concern in technology operations, configuration, and user experience
- Champion data security to verify cross application security policies are in place and followed
- Contribute issue tracking and resolution as well as knowledge management and collaboration using MS Teams, Azure DevOps, JIRA and SharePoint.
Analytics and reporting
- Partner with reporting teams in other business functions to produce metrics and dashboards that will inform strategic talent decisions
- Develop and manage SQL based BI Publisher, OTBI reporting and ad hoc scripts across the HCM modules.
- Manage and modify Power BI dashboards, and publish to the respective workspaces for stakeholders
- Monitoring, optimization and issue resolution for existing reports and integrations.
- Ensures appropriate handling of sensitive data
- Contributes to overall strategy for analytics and reporting for assigned technologies
Skills/Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation and/or any of the various Talent modules; Experience in HR data domain and use of HR data in processes such as compensation, payroll, recruiting, etc.
- Experience with Power BI, Oracle Fusion Analytics or other data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM cloud technical and reporting tools, such as OTBI with dashboards, BI Publisher reports, page composer, autocomplete results, application security, approval workflows, etc.
- In depth experience with HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula and Groovy Expression.
- Worked extensively on Interfaces, Conversions, Reports, HCM Extracts and Extensions.
- Worked on Oracle HCM Cloud integration tools, such as HCM Extracts, HSDL, HDL, fast formulas, and REST.
