Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Associate role located in Gurugram or Work from Home. The Senior Associate will perform advanced financial analysis, develop complex financial models, and provide in-depth market and transaction analyses. Responsibilities include collaborating with client teams, delivering high-quality reports, and ensuring alignment with client-specific workflows, templates, and standards. The role will involve communicating insights, supporting decision-making processes, and meeting project timelines with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Valuation, and Financial Analysis
• Strong skills in Research, Market Analysis, and Data Interpretation
• Experience in Client Communications and Stakeholder Management
• Attention to detail in creating and reviewing Reports, Presentations, and Transaction Support Documents
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and client partners
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant modeling software
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, advisory, or analytics roles
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
