Job Summary


Labcorp is seeking a Senior Associate - Marketing Technology Workflow Optimization to support the evolution of our marketing operations through the effective use of marketing technology platforms and optimized workflows.

The Sr. Associate, Marketing Technology Workflow Optimization, leads the implementation, configuration, and enterprise adoption of Workfront platform, managing technology, workflows, and requirements, as well as supporting process improvements to meet the operational needs of the organization. This role will partner with marketing, creative, and technology teams to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable marketing workflows that enable efficient campaign planning, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role will leverage platforms such as Adobe Workfront as part of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and is responsible for building, maintaining, and updating the Workfront configuration and preferences, including setup, portfolio, program, and group management, reporting oversight, custom forms, automation, user management and license allocation.

The ideal candidate combines an understanding of marketing operations, process optimization, and marketing technology platforms to help drive efficient and scalable marketing execution across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Workflow & Process Optimization

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows including project intake, campaign planning, approvals, asset management, and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and reduce operational bottlenecks through improved processes and automation.
  • Establish best practices and governance for marketing work management across teams.

Marketing Technology Enablement

  • Configure and optimize marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager Assets to support marketing operations.
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable workflows, automation, and system configurations.
  • Partner with IT and platform teams to support integration, enhancements, and platform roadmap initiatives.

Operational Visibility & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into campaign timelines, work capacity, and operational performance.
  • Enable marketing leadership with insights on workflow efficiency, project delivery timelines, and platform utilization.

Platform Adoption & Change Management

  • Drive enterprise adoption of marketing workflow platforms by supporting training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for platform usage guidance and operational best practices.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain governance frameworks for intake processes, project management standards, metadata structures, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through process improvements, automation, and emerging MarTech capabilities.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Technology, or Digital Marketing roles. (Work
  • Adobe Workfront experience (3+ years) is essential
  • Experience translating business requirements into workflow design, automation, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, and technology teams.
  • Experience supporting change management, user adoption, and training for enterprise platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Workfront certification
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets or similar systems.
  • Project Management certification
