Senior Associate

I am currently looking to hire lawyers with about 4 to 6 years of experience in transaction practice to join our team. We undertake various nature of transactions and corporate advisory including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, structured debt, private equity, restructuring etc.

The Senior Associate shall have the responsibility of client interactions, engage in strategic discussions, leading transactions, supervisory function over their team.

Our office is located in Sector 3, Noida.
