- Support Changes requests/ Project changes requests and Incidents effectively.
- Ability to interact with colleagues and customers from different countries effectively.
- Guide the team and groom them as and when required.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least 8+ years of SAP experience is required.
- Very good SAP HR (modules India Payroll/OM /PA /Time [both positive and negative]) knowledge.
- Should have good experience on implementation projects.
- Should be able to work on complex configuration requirements independently.
- Should support team in handling technical issues.
- Experience on Change requests process.
- Experience on Rollout / upgrade projects.
