Objective

This role goes beyond posting and publishing. You will own execution across social, brand touchpoints, and on ground marketing, working closely with the Marketing Lead, designers, centre teams, and external partners. You'll be expected to think, plan, coordinate, and execute, end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

Own UrbanWrk's social media presence end-to-end: content planning, on-ground capture, publishing, optimisation, and reporting

Work closely with the designer to shape Reels, carousels, stories, and posts that feel premium, current, and on-brand

Capture office life, people moments, events, and brand experiences and translate them into high-quality Reels, Shorts, and posts using the company's AI stack

Maintain strong social hygiene across platforms: captions, tags, highlights, pinned posts, hashtags, and consistency of tone.

Brand Thinking & Ideation

Contribute ideas for campaigns, formats, collaborations, and content series that strengthen UrbanWrk's brand perception

Stay ahead of trends, not chase them blindly

Act as a brand custodian across all outward-facing communication, digital and on-ground.

Campaigns, Collabs & Partnerships

Support and execute brand campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships from ideation to on-ground rollout

Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong brand representation.

Shoots, Events & On-ground Execution

Supervise shoots, centre activations, events, and brand experiences to ensure the right moments are captured

Coordinate with centre teams, vendors, photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders for seamless execution

Marketing Collaterals & Touchpoints

Support creation and execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, emailers, newsletters, on ground assets, and internal communication

Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual quality across all touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance across platforms, identify what's working (and what's not), and apply learnings

Share insights with the Marketing Lead to continuously improve content and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or digital marketing (agency or brand side)
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing quality
  • Strong written and spoken English with a sharp sense of tone and clarity
  • Working understanding of analytics and performance optimisation
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented. You close loops and take ownership
  • Tech- and tool-savvy: G-Suite / MS Office, social platforms, Meta Business Suite (preferred); AI tools for content (preferred).
  • A problem-solving mindset. You figure things out, take initiative, and don't wait to be told
  • Willingness to be on-ground at centres when required for shoots, events, and activations.
