Senior Associate

Key Deliverables:

• Prepare accurate inpatient bills and finalize them with required departmental confirmations
• Ensure billing transparency and collect co-payments, non-medical charges as applicable
• Submit daily cash collection reports and manage deposit to finance/bank
• Provide clear billing explanations to patients/attenders and assist in discharge process

Role Responsibilities:

• Cross-verify chargeable items and supporting documentation before bill finalization
• Handle company patient billing with approvals and policy compliance
• Coordinate with OT, blood bank, and clinical teams for high-value item inclusion
• Proactively identify and correct errors and contribute to billing process improvements
