JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate Logistics with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in courier handling, shipment management, and logistics coordination, with the ability to own dispatch processes, documentation, and issue resolution independently.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Logistics & Dispatch Operations

  • Manage and execute daily individual home-delivery order dispatches, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.

  • Handle international shipment dispatches, including courier coordination and compliance with documentation requirements.

  • Oversee daily dispatch coordination across courier partners, internal teams, and customers.

  • Coordinate return shipments and ensure accurate retrieval of customer addresses.

  • Perform stock clearance activities to streamline dispatch and warehouse processes.

Escalations & Service Desk

  • Take ownership of escalation resolution related to logistics, courier delays, and dispatch issues.

  • Monitor Freshdesk tickets daily and ensure timely and accurate resolution.

  • Manage email queries and provide effective and professional communication to stakeholders.

Billing, Verification & Documentation

  • Approve courier bills and validate accuracy before processing.

  • Perform verification of courier and shipping charges for all dispatches.

  • Manage SO creation for 1 orders as part of internal processes.

  • Conduct credit note follow-ups with finance and courier partners.

  • Maintain India Post recharge activities, as assigned and approved by management.




Requirements

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in logistics, courier management, shipment handling, or dispatch operations.

  • Proficient in Excel for tracking shipments, validating data, and generating operational reports.

  • Ability to build and maintain real-time dashboards for tracking dispatch volumes, shipment statuses, and operational metrics.

  • Ability to manage end-to-end shipment processes efficiently

  • Strong knowledge of courier processes, billing cycles, and documentation.

  • Experience with customer service tools like Freshdesk (preferred).

  • Clear and professional communication for email queries and service desk tickets.

  • Skilled in working with multiple courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ensures error-free documentation for dispatches and invoicing.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability.
