We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the movement of goods for Brokerage. This role ensures timely delivery, identifies issues or delays, and works with internal teams and external partners to resolve problems efficiently. The analyst will leverage data and tracking systems to provide visibility, generate reports, and drive process improvements to enhance material delivery on time.

Responsibilities

1. Tracking and Tracing Shipments:

1. Monitor the location and status of shipments throughout the supply chain.

1. Update tracking information in the company%27s system.

1. Proactively contact carriers and drivers to ascertain the location of shipments.

1. Manage a portfolio of loads, potentially handling a high volume of shipments.

1. Communication and Customer Service:

1. Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and potential delays.

1. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments.

1. Provide timely and accurate updates to customers.

1. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

1. Maintain accurate records of shipments and their status.

1. Enter data into the company%27s logistics system.

1. Prepare shipping documents and labels.

1. Problem Solving:

1. Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.

1. Identify and suggest improvements to logistics processes.

1. Other Potential Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with other departments, such as warehousing and transportation.

1. Assist with inventory management.

1. Prepare reports on shipment performance.

1. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation.

Minimum Qualification:

• B Tech/BE/MBA/MCA

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.

• Sound knowledge MS-Excel

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Proficiency in supply chain tracking tools and software (e.g., ERP, TMS, Brokerage applications).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of shipments and inquiries.

• Experience with data entry and record-keeping.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with supply chain visibility platforms.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Understanding of logistics and transportation networks.
