Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews for various entity types (corporates, foundations, charities, institutional investors, designated bodies) based on AML policies and guidelines
• Identify and document quality review results and propose remedial actions
• Provide clear feedback and coaching to associates as needed
• Be well-versed in AML guidance for jurisdictions like Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda
• Have working knowledge of screening tools such as World Check, Pythagoras, Lexus-Nexus
• Be proficient with Microsoft applications; expertise in Excel and presentation skills is a plus
• Possess working knowledge of FATCA/CRS reporting and the ability to review US tax forms (W9, W8-BEN, W8-IMY, Withholding statements)
• Maintain well-organized records and perform periodic remediation activities based on investor risk ratings
• Work independently or collaboratively in a group as required
• Create reports on time without reminders
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Prior experience in Transfer Agency functions is an added advantage

Qualification and Experience

• Flexible to work in any shift as per business needs
• Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce is desired
• 110 years of relevant experience
