Join our Wealth Management team as a Lending/Treasury Product Manager, Sr. Associate, and help shape the future of financial solutions. Lead initiatives that enhance treasury and lending functions, driving innovation and operational excellence. Collaborate globally to deliver impactful results and support our clients evolving needs

As a Lending/Treasury Product Manager, Sr. Associate within Wealth Management team, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize treasury and lending operations. You will independently manage projects, analyze financial trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with global teams to drive innovation and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain and implement strategies to improve treasury and lending functions within the Wealth Management space.
  2. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management, demonstrating a clear understanding of financial trends and insights.
  3. Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  4. Collaborate with global teams to gather insights and drive initiatives that enhance our Treasury/Lending solutions.
  5. Have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and analytical skills to assess and challenge existing processes, ensuring compliance while driving innovation and efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  1. 7+ years of experience within financial services, supporting the Banking business.
  2. Financial services/lending & treasury background in Wealth Management.
  3. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving business objectives.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  5. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and a willingness to learn and utilize new technologies, including LLMs.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret regulatory frameworks related to lending and treasury operations.
  7. Experience in assessing and challenging existing processes to drive innovation and efficiency.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  1. Experience in treasury or lending is a plus, A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a drive for results.
  2. Knowledge of Wealth Management lending is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  4. Strong integrity and the ability to speak up and advocate for ideas, even in challenging situations.
  5. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
  6. A strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  7. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
