Job Description

Senior Associate, Leadership & Organization Development

Experience Range: MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions with 5 -7 years of total experience in relevant fields (Leadership Development, L&D, HR/OD consulting, or related areas), providing the foundation and credibility to independently manage leadership programs.

Purpose of the Role: Individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of leadership programs. Design, deliver, and manage leadership development initiatives aligned to ILI's strategy – ensuring high-impact learning experiences and operational excellence for respective portfolio. Translate competency frameworks and leadership development plans into effective programs for senior Infosys leaders. Strong program management, stakeholder partnership, diagnostic insights, and a consultative approach to support leaders growth.

Location - Bangalore (WFO - 4 days in a week)

Key Responsibilities:

Research (Primary & Secondary):

  • Conducts organizational diagnostics to identify capability gaps and priority development needs
  • Leverages secondary research and industry best practices in leadership development to enrich program design with evidence-based and innovative approaches.
  • Analyzes and synthesizes data insights to align development solutions

Program Design for Leadership Development Solutions

  • Design and tailor solutions to address identified capability gaps, aligning content and curricula with ILI's competency frameworks and business strategy.
  • Apply strong instructional design and adult learning principles to create development experiences that drive measurable leadership skill growth.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure program design is contextually relevant

Program Delivery (Program Management & Participant Experience):

  • Manage end-to-end program execution to ensure development solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellent participant experience.
  • Orchestrate to engage participants actively, foster meaningful learning, and on-the-job impact.
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout delivery to secure buy-in, tailor implementation to audience context, and promptly address needs or issues.
  • Coordinate with external content partners, ensuring high-quality delivery of program components and adherence to ILI standards.

Impact (Metrics, Reporting & Analytics):

  • Defines clear success metrics to measure program effectiveness
  • Analyzes program data, participant feedback, and performance trends to evaluate the impact of initiatives
  • Reports ROI, key outcomes, and actionable recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and stakeholder value.

Operational Excellence (Systems & Processes):

  • Oversee program operations and logistics to ensure smooth execution and adherence to ILI process standards and quality requirements.
  • Manage program budgets and resource plans with discipline, forecasting needs and controlling costs to deliver all components within approved financial parameters.
  • Uphold rigorous quality, compliance, and documentation practices, continuously improving processes and methodologies to drive higher operational efficiency and program excellence

Prior experience: (approximately 7-10 years) in roles related to leadership/Learning & development, HR, or organizational development.
