The 3P Selling Partner business represents approximately 60% of the total Amazon.com sales and continues to grow. We are looking for a Senior Associate to support Seller Success for the 3P Selling Partner business and to contribute to our mission of making Amazon the most Seller-centric marketplace in the world. The teams primary role will be to collaborate with the LOAD team and provide lead qualification and auditing to help us identify great brands who are not already selling with us, helping contribute to high level SPRS (Selling Partner and Recruitment Services) org goals.

In this role, the individual works on one or more critical programs/tasks to save time for reps. These tasks include (but are not limited to) researching potential leads, verifying critical brand level information, interacting/coordinating with the business development team, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed. The individual is expected to perform these tasks by using fair judgment in understanding instructions provided by the Process Lead/Manager.

Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities

Handle the day-to-day volumes of processing assigned brands and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards
. Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
. If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or lead
. Interacting and coordinating with Sales Team to flag process opportunities
. Flexible with working shifts, including night shifts (US hours, if required).
. Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities including working outside of the standard work day
Skills and Competencies
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. MS Excel proficiency - ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail according to instructions provided
. Strong analytical skills - Ability to do high school level arithmetic
. Familiarity with navigating the internet - research techniques on the internet and finding required information quickly

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
