Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Lawyer, based in Roorkee Tehsil. The position involves providing expert legal counsel, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Responsibilities include identifying legal risks, strategizing case management, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also requires supervising junior associates, managing complex cases, and building and maintaining professional relationships with clients while ensuring confidentiality and ethics at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and interpretation across diverse practice areas
- Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Ability to provide sound legal counsel, strategize case management, and identify potential legal risks
- Fluency in local, state, and national laws, as well as regulatory compliance
- Supervisory experience in mentoring junior attorneys and managing legal teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent negotiation abilities
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- An active license to practice law and a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree
- Prior experience with complex legal cases and litigation is highly desirable
