Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL) is seeking a Senior Associate to proactively drive business development and support transaction advisory for a specific vertical. This role demands extensive client engagement, market understanding, and the ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports, all while fostering strong client relationships.
What this job involves
Business Development and Client Engagement
- Proactively engage in business development activities through research, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Undertake extensive intra-city travel to understand the market, local geography, and client sites; travel to outside city areas as required.
- Set up meetings with key decision-makers to introduce JLL and understand their real estate requirements.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, and support in preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, pitch books & presentations.
Transaction Support and Delivery
- Support the transaction advisory team to effectively execute & conclude transactions.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and timely submission of company proposals.
- Provide overall governance during the execution phase.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Develop business models and projections based on market dynamics and client business understanding.
- Articulate and present reports/deliverables in required detail to clients.
- Understand and develop knowledge of relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate).
