What this job involves:

Business Development Support:

  • Assist in research and identification of potential clients in the vertical selected for
  • Support cold calling initiatives under senior guidance and maintain call logs
  • Supply Stacking and mapping of assigned geography within the city selected for
  • Support networking activities and help maintain relationship databases
  • Attend industry seminars and events to build market knowledge and assist with lead tracking
  • Help prepare initial market research on demand-supply dynamics in assigned geography

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct basic market research
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence on rental rates, occupancy levels, and other relevant data
  • Support preparation of market reports and property databases
  • Help maintain competitive analysis and market trend documentation

Transaction Support:

  • Assist senior team members in preparing basic financial analysis and cash flow models under supervision
  • Support the preparation of information memorandums, property fact sheets, and presentation materials
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining transaction files and documentation

Client Service Support:

  • Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentation schedules
  • Assist in preparing basic proposals and client deliverables
  • Support follow-up activities and maintain client communication logs
  • Help track project timelines and deliverable deadlines

Learning & Development:

  • Participate in training programs on real estate fundamentals, market trends, and market dynamics
  • Shadow senior team members during client interactions and deal negotiations
  • Develop understanding of transaction processes including lease vs. buy analysis, due diligence, and transaction structuring
  • Build knowledge of regulatory frameworks and government policies affecting vertical sector

Administrative & Project Coordination:

  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials such as presentations and brochures
  • Support data entry, report preparation, and internal documentation
  • Help coordinate between various teams (legal, financial, technical) during transaction execution
  • Contribute to special projects and market studies as assigned

  • Passion for Real Estate
  • Passion, integrity, critical thinking / analytical skills, agility / flexibility, a continuous learning mindset
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good building relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
  • Interpersonal skills
