Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level IT Engineer to provide comprehensive hardware and software support across our organization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical
expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent end-user experiences. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and contributing to ongoing technology improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

35 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role

Strong hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics, repair, and configuration

Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS; working knowledge of Linux is a plus

Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs)

Experience with ticketing and ITSM platforms

Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft (MD-102), or ITIL Foundation

Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM)

Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments
