Job Description: We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our real estate alternative investment management platform. As an investment analyst, you will play a key role in analysing potential deals, preparing financial models, conducting due diligence, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate alternative investment fund. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, financial modelling skills, and a deep understanding of real estate markets in India.
Responsibilities:
Deal Analysis and Financial Modelling:
- Analyse potential investment opportunities, including financial statements, market data, and other relevant information.
- Create detailed financial models, conduct cash flow analysis, and assess the feasibility of proposed deals.
Investment Committee Support:
- Prepare comprehensive investment committee approval notes, outlining the key factors and risks associated with proposed investments.
- Collaborate with team members to present investment proposals to the investment committee.
Due Diligence and Documentation:
- Assist in due diligence processes, ensuring thorough examination of legal, financial, and operational aspects of potential investments.
- Participate in negotiations for commercial terms and transaction documents with real estate developers
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Portfolio Performance Review:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the investee portfolio, identifying trends and proposing adjustments as needed.
- Generate reports for senior management detailing portfolio performance and recommending strategies for optimization.
Market Analysis and Investment Strategy:
- Stay abreast of real estate market trends, conducting research to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to devise investment strategies, including identifying micro-markets and asset classes.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate in finance, business or related field
- 4-5 experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modelling, and deal structuring.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
