About the Role

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• MBA/ CFA/ CA
• 4-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space preferably in Healthcare domain
• Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
• Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements
• Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
• Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
• Pitch book / IM support and company profiles
• Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
• Bespoke qualitative research

Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support

• Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, MegerMarket, Pitchbook, Thomson, etc.
• Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
