Job Purpose:
The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth and partner engagement across assigned international regions. The role involves close coordination with the Regional Sales Team to onboard and activate new channel partners, strengthen existing partner relationships, and ensure consistent business generation through the CourseFinder.ai platform.
The candidate will work closely with internal Business Units, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding, partner support, invoicing coordination, and achievement of regional business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Team for partner acquisition and business expansion across assigned international regions.
- Drive onboarding, activation, and engagement of new channel partners/associates on the CourseFinder.ai platform.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with international partners to ensure continuous business generation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners for lead conversion, pipeline tracking, and issue resolution.
- Support partners with process understanding, application coordination, and platform usage.
- Ensure timely collection and coordination of invoices and related documentation from assigned partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Business Units to ensure seamless execution and target achievement.
- Maintain regular MIS reports, business updates, and partner activity tracking.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5+ year of experience in inside sales/Telesales.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for international partner coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, ownership, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
