All About The Role
The Senior Integration specialist is part of the Solutions Implementation division in India. A key aspect of this position involves setting up and managing integrations with external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), enabling smooth data exchange between platforms — including REST/SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and integration troubleshooting.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and client stakeholders) to deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements, while maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.
A strong understanding of database design and management — including relational and NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data integrity — is essential. Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft is highly valued for orchestrating complex workflows across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support integrations
- Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Work with middleware and integration patterns
- Manage data and backend systems
- Support AWS-based infrastructure
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Technical Skills
- API Development: REST, JSON/XML, OAuth, JWT, Swagger/OpenAPI
- Cloud: AWS services
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB
- Tools: JIRA, unit testing frameworks, Mulesoft
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years in software development and integrations
- Strong experience in database management
- Experience with MuleSoft (Preferred)
- Exposure to Databricks, Sigma, or similar tools
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership and mentoring experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
