About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and negotiation-driven Senior Associate – Influencer Pricing to join our Pricing team. The individual will be responsible for managing influencer commercials, negotiating rates, securing favorable pricing for campaigns, and ensuring healthy margins across all brand partnerships.

The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, an understanding of the influencer ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a data-driven approach to influencer procurement.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Cost Negotiation & Procurement
  • Negotiate influencer fees across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Moj, Josh, and other creator platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, and creator representatives.
  • Drive commercial discussions to secure competitive rates while maintaining creator relationships.
  • Ensure pricing aligns with campaign budgets and profitability targets.
  • Handle end-to-end influencer procurement for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Campaign Costing & Commercial Planning
  • Collaborate with the Planning & Strategy team to understand campaign requirements.
  • Evaluate influencer quotations and recommend commercially viable creator mixes.
  • Prepare campaign cost sheets and pricing recommendations.
  • Analyze creator pricing trends across categories and platforms.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of campaign budgets.

Margin Management
  • Monitor campaign margins and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Support revenue and account management teams with commercially efficient creator recommendations.
  • Maintain pricing benchmarks and historical cost databases.
  • Identify high-cost areas and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Market Research & Benchmarking
  • Track influencer rate cards and market pricing trends.
  • Maintain updated benchmarks across influencer categories, follower ranges, engagement rates, and content formats.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to understand prevailing creator rates.
  • Build internal pricing intelligence systems and reports.

Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with Planning, Campaign Management, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure negotiated rates and deliverables are accurately communicated internally.
  • Resolve commercial discrepancies between creators and internal teams.
  • Support campaign teams during creator onboarding and commercial closures.

Vendor & Relationship Management
  • Build a strong network of influencers, managers, and talent agencies.
  • Maintain regular communication with key creator partners.
  • Develop preferred creator pools for faster campaign execution.
  • Ensure smooth commercial closures and contract compliance.

Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations, finalized rates, and campaign costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly pricing reports.
  • Track savings generated through negotiations.
  • Generate insights to improve procurement efficiency and profitability.
