Key responsibilities:
Campaign planning & execution
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from brief to delivery
- Understand brand objectives and convert them into influencer strategies
- Create influencer shortlists, campaign timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts
- Track campaign progress and ensure timely delivery of content
Influencer coordination
- Communicate with influencers regarding briefs, timelines, deliverables, and compliance
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform policies
- Handle revisions, approvals, and final publishing coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers
Vendor & cost coordination (Procurement team role)
- Negotiate influencer commercials and close cost-effective deals
- Ensure competitive pricing and best-value partnerships
- Maintain influencer rate cards and cost benchmarks
- Coordinate blocking, payment processing, and contract formalities
Reporting & performance tracking
- Track campaign metrics and prepare post-campaign reports
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Share optimization suggestions for future campaigns
Client & internal coordination
- Act as a point of contact between clients, influencers, and internal teams
- Participate in client calls and campaign reviews
- Ensure campaign documentation and data are maintained properly
What we are looking for
- 1.53.5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
- Hands-on experience with influencer coordination, negotiations, and campaign execution
- Good communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills
