Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure all requirements are met and reports are delivered within agreed timelines
- Ensure achievement of key performance metrics including productivity, utilization, quality scores, attendance, and timeline adherence
- Prepare and share management reports related to performance, cost, efficiency, and utilization with stakeholders on time
- Coordinate and liaise with cross‑functional teams and departments to support smooth project execution
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in LPO or Legal Services
- Hands‑on experience in Document Review, e‑Discovery, Contracts, Data Breach, or Compliance
- Demonstrated experience in Data Breach Response or Incident Response (preferred)
- Strong passion for driving business metrics such as productivity, quality, and key deliverables
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects and tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong listening and collaboration skills
- Sound decision‑making ability and problem‑solving mindset
- Adaptability to process changes and exposure to diverse types of projects
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform root cause analysis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
