Senior Associate

About the Role:

HealthKart is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to drive influencer campaigns for HK Vitals. The role involves managing end-to-end influencer collaborations, campaign execution, creator relationships, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across A+, A, B, and Micro categories.
• Develop campaign briefs, influencer scripts, and content guidelines.
• Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, traffic, and ROI.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reports.
• Negotiate commercials and manage campaign budgets.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify new creator opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–5 years in Influencer Marketing (Brand or Agency).
• Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Strong network of influencers and agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting.
• Experience in D2C, Wellness, Nutrition, Beauty, or FMCG brands is preferred.
