Job Description
Senior Associate, Growth Operations
Supply Chain & Logistics | Team: Growth
Location: Gurugram (on-site)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 2 to 4 years
The opportunity
Most supply chain roles hand you one leg of the chain inside a large company, and it takes years before you see the rest of it.
This one is the opposite. CueCards is Cuemath's physical product line, built and shipped in under a year, now live in the US and expanding into the Gulf and Australia. You will own the operations and supply chain for the entire product line. Sourcing, production, export, customs, marketplace inventory, and last-mile, across three international markets.
You are not joining a process someone else runs. You are taking it over and making it scale.
What you will own
- Supply chain and vendor management : End-to-end relationship with our print manufacturer, freight forwarder, and customs partner. Production planning, dispatch schedules, cost negotiation, and delivery performance. You own the timeline, not just the follow-up.
- Inventory and demand planning : Stock position across the India warehouse, US marketplace inventory, and stock in circulation. Build and run the replenishment model so we neither stock out during a campaign nor sit on dead inventory.
- International logistics and trade compliance : Export documentation, HSN classification, customs clearance, importer of record coordination, and landed cost modelling per market. Own the document set that lets our product legally enter each country.
- Marketplace operations : Inbound shipment planning, order and returns reconciliation, and account health on Amazon US. Keep inventory positioned ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.
- Dispatch and event logistics : We run weekend consumer events across US cities and the UAE. Own what ships where and by when, and make sure material lands ahead of the event every time.
- Product compliance : Maintain safety certificates, lab test reports, and market-specific documentation. Initiate renewals and new-market testing before deadlines, not after.
- Cross-functional coordination : Single point between operations and the growth, marketing, content, and legal teams. Keep launch timelines, stock availability, and campaign dates aligned so nothing goes live without inventory behind it.
- Reporting and dashboards :Own the weekly operations dashboard. Inventory position, dispatch performance, landed cost, open vendor issues, and compliance status, in a form leadership reads in two minutes.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years in supply chain, logistics, export operations, or e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with international shipping and export documentation. You should have dealt with a customs hold before, not just read about one
- Strong Excel or Sheets. Comfortable building a planning model, not just filling a template
- Fluent with AI tools. We use Claude daily for trackers, dashboards, documentation, and analysis, and you will be expected to work the same way
- Clear written English. A large part of this role is vendor and partner communication across countries
- Comfortable owning outcomes with minimal supervision, and escalating early when something is going wrong
- Willing to overlap with US and Gulf hours during launch periods
Strongly preferred: experience with Amazon Seller Central or FBA, a D2C brand, or a cross-border e-commerce business.
Why this role
You will run international operations for a product line in its first year of scale, with direct ownership rather than a slice of someone else's process. Three markets, full visibility from factory to customer, and a business growing fast enough that what you build this year becomes the standard for everything after it.
