Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Associate - Growth Marketing - to take ownership of performance marketing, marketplace growth initiatives, and brand GTM execution. The role will coordinate with external performance marketing agencies, Q-commerce/E-commerce platforms, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, improve market share, and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and manage external performance marketing agencies across Meta, Google, marketplace ads, and Q-commerce ads.

·        Drive campaign planning, optimization, reporting, and ROI tracking.

·        Coordinate with Q-commerce and E-commerce platforms for on-app activations, visibility campaigns, and growth initiatives.

·        Take approvals from management for platform marketing activities and ensure execution tracking.

·        Drive market share growth for Lotus and Sun Village across key marketplaces.

·        Collaborate with the Marketing Service Manager to create and execute GTM plans.

·        Lead influencer marketing and UGC creator collaborations for brand awareness.

·        Support social media growth initiatives and integrated digital campaigns.

·        Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and growth dashboards.

·        Monitor competitor activities, category trends, and platform opportunities.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

·        Growth in ROAS and reduction in CAC

·        Increase in market share across Q-commerce platforms

·        Improvement in platform visibility and sales contribution

·        Growth in social media engagement and influencer-led visibility

·        Successful execution of GTM and brand awareness campaigns

·        Improved coordination between agencies, platforms, and internal teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

·        3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital brand management.

·        Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace advertising, and analytics.

·        Experience handling agencies and platform partnerships.

·        Exposure to FMCG, D2C, food, wellness, or consumer brands preferred.

·        Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced growth environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 6–12 months, the candidate should establish stronger control over performance marketing activities, improve ROI on digital spends, increase market share for Lotus and Sun Village, and create scalable brand growth systems through influencer marketing, UGC, social media, and platform-led initiatives.
