Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Associate - Graphic Designer to drive end-to-end visual storytelling and brand execution across digital and offline channels. This role will act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all creative outputs while translating complex briefs into compelling, high-impact visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Brand Guardianship
- End-to-End Creative Execution: Design a diverse range of platform assets including paid ads, thumbnails, brochures, banners, emailers, widget icons, and certificates.
- High-Impact Asset Management: Oversee the production of premium brand materials such as video content, pitch decks, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and PR assets.
- Consistency & Quality: Maintain a unified visual language across all formats and use cases, ensuring every output aligns with brand guidelines.
- Brief-to-Visual Translation: Transform complex creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Strategic Marketing & Social Media
- Content Planning: Plan and execute comprehensive content calendars that align with overarching marketing goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance insights to refine social media messaging, audience targeting, and channel mix for maximum engagement.
- Trend Integration: Actively monitor memes, cultural shifts, and platform updates to keep the brand's creative output fresh and relevant.
- Performance Reporting: Track social media metrics and prepare insightful reports for senior stakeholders.
Agile Production & Innovation
- AI-Assisted Design: Leverage AI tools for rapid ideation, high-quality image generation, and creative variations.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly produce multiple creative iterations for A/B testing to identify high-performing designs.
- Multimedia Support: Provide design, video, and motion graphics support for marketing campaigns as needed.
- Creative Storytelling: Contribute to the creative process through copywriting, scripting, and storyboarding.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams by drafting creative briefs, reviewing external/internal outputs, and managing final deliveries.
- Project Ownership: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
- Brainstorming: Act as a core contributor during ideation sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
