We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate - Fund's RC support based in our Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited. reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indore, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC operations department and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • The role supports the RC team in carrying out its key responsibilities, including the preparation of quarterly RC reports, as well as the annual reports for the Fund's Board members and the supervisory authorities.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing the Fund Register's key performance indicators (KPIs) at both investor and transaction levels, and for populating the relevant sections of the reports prior to submission to the Luxembourg-based RC for review. Knowledge of AML is an asset and strongly recommended.
  • Collect and analyse KPIs from different Transfer Agents and from Delegated Portfolio Managers,
  • In case of discrepancies with prior quarter KPIs, check with the TAs and DPM,
  • Based on KPIs, populate dedicated sections in the RC report (investors and transactions)
  • Assist and support the RC team with other RC-related matters,
  • Be a team player and be supportive towards your colleagues,
  • Take initiative by proactively following up on daily matters,
  • Anticipate potential queries and issues. Address these queries in a timely manner by informing the responsible Conducting Officer and/or any other Vistra officer,
  • Maintain communication with TAs
  • Ensure that RC report deadlines are met,
  • Adhere to internal procedures at all times,
  • Autonomous, trustworthy, and respectful
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a positive mindset

Key requirements

  • The incumbent should be qualified CS/CA Inter, LLB, Postgraduate with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ready to work in a European time-zone environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, highly detail oriented, thorough, with excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability and eagerness to learn quickly,
  • Excellent communication, organizational and timekeeping skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software,
  • Proactive with a client service orientated attitude,
  • A self‐starter, can-do attitude, willing to take ownership in processes/projects. Ability to work in a very dynamic environment,
