Job Description

Profile requirements
The OAM Desk team handles account enablement, reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility
services for OPSX Europe strategic accounts. We are looking for profiles with:
- Freight forwarding operations background (ocean / air)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, data handling)
- Good written English for customer-facing reporting
- Experience with operational systems (CargoWise / CR3 familiarity a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines
