- Translate governance rules (Single Source of Truth, ownership, interfaces) into practical content standards for regions.
2. Data Quality, Completeness & Lifecycle Management - Track and monitor regional progress on CAPMAP data completeness, accuracy, and adoption using structured trackers and dashboards.
- Perform regular data health checks, including:
- Completeness vs. required attributes
- Duplicate or overlapping entries
- Inconsistent naming, categorization, or capability tagging
- Obsolete or inactive locations/services
- Execute controlled system clean-ups, ensuring auditability and alignment with governance decisions.
3. Community Engagement & Follow-Up - Actively engage regional contributors and data owners to:
- Clarify expectations
- Resolve data gaps
- Drive timely updates and corrections
- Function as a community moderator:
- Answer questions on how CAPMAP should be used
- Escalate recurring issues or ambiguities to governance forums
- Reinforce accountability by tracking who owns what and following through to closure.
4. Standards, Blueprints & Replicability - Support the design, refinement, and documentation of:
- Location models
- Building Blocks and Solution Blueprints
- Service taxonomies
- Ensure the Freight Forwarding Operations community provides a scalable structural foundation that can be:
- Extended with increased domain-specific detail for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Value Added Services, and
- Replicated across other DP World capability communities, such as Contract Logistics, Market Access, Parks & Economic Zones, and Ports & Terminals.
- Highlight where regional exceptions challenge global standards and propose structured resolutions.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Decision Support - Work closely with Global, Regional, and Functional stakeholders across:
- Operations and OpsX
- IT / Data teams
- Commercial and marketing
- Finance and Legal
- Prepare clear summaries, issue logs, and decision trackers to support governance discussions.
- Provide structured insights into:
