YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to: Senior Manager Sportstyle & Core
Position Summary:
- At PUMA, the Senior Executive – Product (Sportstyle Footwear) drives the creation of trend-led, consumer-first footwear ranges.
- Owns key franchises and supports seasonal line planning aligned with global direction and local relevance.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to translate insights, culture, and trends into commercially successful products.
- Plays a key role in delivering impactful launches, including new concepts and strategic collaborations.
Key Objectives:
- Drive seasonal product strategy and line planning for Sportstyle Footwear, aligned with global direction
- Own and grow key franchises, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand relevance
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis into actionable product opportunities
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing to deliver cohesive and impactful ranges
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle of heat drops—from concept to launch and in-season performance tracking
- Identify and execute high-impact collaborations and special projects to elevate brand heat
- Monitor sell-through, feedback, and KPIs to continuously optimize product and range decisions

YOUR TALENT:
Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
- UG/PG from renowned Fashion Institute
- 1-4 years experience
- Keeps a sharp pulse on sneaker culture, fashion trends, and competitive landscape
- Basic understanding of footwear construction, range building, and franchise management
- Ability to decode consumer needs and translate them into relevant product opportunities
- Delivers end-to-end product launches with strong attention to detail and timelines
