Role - Senior Associate - Financial Services
Location: Mumbai
Qualifications: BE/BTech /+ MBA is a must
Experience: 3+ years of experience in the BFSI industry is a must, relationship management experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts in the TPAP, cobrand, and merchants space ( Insurance, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and select NBFC clients.)
- Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients
- Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the financial services sectors.
- Resolve day to day client issues within TAT
- Create strategies to drive Targets given to clients
Skills:
- Relationship Management
- Understanding of Payments industry and process
- Strong communication abilities.
- Expertise in managing client expectations.
- Effective time management and multitasking.
- AI for productivity (Copilot)
- At least Intermediate level Data visualisation and for data retrieval using SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Certification in Artificial Intelligence (Any)
